Collection: Elizabeth Deshays

Elizabeth Deshays is a teacher and translator and lives in Provence. She is the author of a study on bilingual education, L’Enfant Bilingue (Robert Laffont). In addition to Michon's novels, her translation of Julien Gracq's La Presqu’île (The Peninsula) is published by Green Integer. Deshays and Jody Gladding were awarded the French-American Foundation/Florence Gould Translation Prize in 2008 for their rendering of Michon’s Vies Miniscules (Small Lives).
